From the west:
Jericho Turnpike to Larkfield Road. Huntington Square Mall (Best Buy and Sears are on your right.) Make a right onto Larkfield Road. *Go 2 blocks, past TJ Maxx on the left). SAJES is located on the left-hand side of the street in a one-story office building (#777). Our office is to the right of the 'Dentwise' sign; entrance is around the corner - Suite 118.
Or: Northern State Parkway to Exit 42 North (Route 231 North / Deer Park Ave). At the firehouse, bear right at the fork and follow to Jericho Turnpike (Route 25), approximately 1 mile. Bear right onto Jericho Turnpike and proceed 1.2 miles to Larkfield Road. Follow as above.*
Or: LIE to Exit 51 (Rt. 231 North-Deer Park Ave.) Make a left at the light onto Deer Park Ave. Follow it up, past Northern State Pkwy. Bear right at the fork past the firehouse and follow to Jericho Turnpike (Route 25), approximately 1 mile. Bear right onto Jericho Turnpike and proceed 1.2 miles to Larkfield Road. Follow as above.*
From the east:
Route 347 west (Nesconset Highway - Smithtown Bypass becomes Veteran's Highway (Rt. 454 west) becomes Jericho Turnpike. Go approximately 1 mile past Commack Road / Townline Road intersection, make a left onto Larkfield Road, and proceed as above.*OR: Long Island Expressway to Exit 53 - continue on Service Road and watch for signs to Commack Road. Make a right at Commack Road (Bonwit Inn on the right) Make a left at the next light onto Daly Road. Cross over traffic light, Daly Road becomes Larkfield Road. Pass Wicks Road, the building comes up right past Karen Place. Immediate right into the parking lot of #777. The agency is to the right of the 'Dentwise' sign; entrance is around the corner.
